Milk purification with preservation of benefits
We cool the mixture in a freezer, which was special-tailored for Milkymoon's ice cream. Cooling process is very swift due to liquid nitrogen at a temperature of -196 C. Health properties are preserved. Special-shaped nozzles shape the ice cream dots.
To make the granulated ice cream crispy at - 18 ° C, we mix it according to a certified recipe and set up the equipment according to know-how. Therefore, Milkymoon's can be transported and stored just as a regular ice cream, unlike other brands.
After packing, the ice cream is delivered to the warehouse, and from there to the store shelves, and to our Milkymoon's branded outlets.
