We work directly with manufacturers of freezing equipment. A freezer showcase has been tailor-developed for us with all peculiarities of our product in mind.

For Milkymoon's — only natural ingredients of the highest quality are used.

We choose only bona fide ingredient suppliers. Most of them - private farms in the near vicinity to our location. We get the freshest cream and milk from the farm on the day of manufacture.

After packing, the ice cream is sent to the warehouse, from where the fridge van take it to our partners.

We mix the ingredients according to a certified recipe, which allows for "crispiness" at -18 C.

The mixture is frozen in a freezer tailor-made for Milkymoon's ice cream. Swift-frozen with liquid nitrogen to -197 C with health benefits preserved.
